Flagging library content

For teachers· 1 min read

Spot incorrect, outdated, or inappropriate library content? Flag it. A Keybaki content admin reviews every flag and may pull the item.

If something in the library is incorrect, broken, or inappropriate, flag it. Flags are reviewed by a Keybaki content admin and the item can be pulled from the catalogue if substantiated.

How to flag

  1. Open the library item.
  2. In the item viewer's action bar at the bottom, tap Flag (a teacher-only control).
  3. Pick a reason from the list:
    • Factually incorrect
    • Outdated (curriculum has changed)
    • Inappropriate for age group
    • Broken link / missing media
    • Other (free-text required)
  4. Add a short description (at least 8 characters). Be specific — "Question 3 answer key wrong, correct value is 47 not 49" is far more actionable than "wrong answer".
  5. Submit Flag.

The flag appears in the admin moderation queue immediately.

What happens next

  • A content admin reviews the flag, typically within 2 business days.
  • If substantiated, the item is hidden from the catalogue and queued for upstream KICD correction.
  • You may receive a follow-up via your notification preferences (in-app + optional email).

Anti-abuse

Flags land in the admin review queue with your name attached — genuine disagreement is welcome.

Common issues

  • My flag was rejected. The admin's note appears in your notification feed. If you disagree with the rejection, email hello@keybaki.com with your reasoning.
  • Item still shows after my flag. Flags don't auto-pull content — admin review is required. The flag is logged immediately, but the item stays live during review.
