Plan attachments

Upload PDFs, images, worksheets, and audio up to 25 MB per file. Stored privately in R2 with signed URLs.

Attachments live alongside a plan — handouts, worksheets, audio cues, anything your class needs on the day. They upload directly to Cloudflare R2 from your browser, so we never see the file content in transit.

Uploading

From plan detail, scroll to Attachments.
Drag a file onto the drop zone, or tap Add file and pick from your device.
Wait for the green check — the upload progress shows live. Files retry up to 3 times on flaky connections.
The file appears in the list with its name, size, and a download icon.

Limits

Per file — 25 MB. Larger files need to live in your My uploads area as a shareable link.
Accepted types — PDF, DOCX, PNG, JPG. Other types (audio, video, spreadsheets, slides) are rejected at upload; if you need an unusual format, email us.

Access

Attachments are scoped to you and to students in the classes the plan is delivered to. Download links are short-lived signed URLs (about 10 minutes), so a forwarded link stops working quickly.

Removing

Tap the × on an attachment. Confirms before delete; the file is removed from R2 on the next storage sweep (within 24 hours).

Common issues

Upload fails on big files. Verify the file is under 25 MB. If you're on a flaky network, try plugging into Wi-Fi.
Wrong file uploaded. Delete it, reupload the right one. No revision history — each attachment is a single file.
