The users list

Admin → Users is the account roster.

Finding people

• Role tiles across the top switch the roster between parents, teachers, students, and admins.
• Search matches names and phones.
• Status and school filters narrow further; student rosters can filter by grade and package status.

Rows and the detail panel

Tap a row to open the detail panel — sections for Account, Learning Scope, Activity, Wallet, Funded By, Children, Role, Actions, and Recent Events. Everything actionable (suspend, scope changes, wallet adjustment, 2FA reset) lives there; rows themselves carry no menus.

Bulk actions

Select rows with the checkboxes (All visible selects the current page) and use Suspend — the one bulk action today, capped at 200 rows per run, with a confirm dialog and a result toast of how many succeeded and were skipped.

Common issues

• Can't find someone. Check the role tile first — search only runs inside the selected role.
• Bulk suspend skipped some rows. Already-suspended rows and your own account are skipped; the toast shows counts.
