Measuring a broadcast

For admins· 1 min read

Each sent broadcast shows its recipient count and per-channel delivered counts for in-app and push.

The Sent tab lists each broadcast with the numbers the system actually records:

  • Recipients — how many accounts the audience resolved to at send time.
  • In-app delivered — bell-feed rows created.
  • Push delivered — push messages accepted by the push service.
  • A status badge for the send as a whole.

That's the full measurement surface today. There is no open/read/click tracking, no time-series, no per-recipient drill-down, and no CSV export — if you need deeper campaign analytics, plan the send around a link you can measure elsewhere.

Common issues

  • Push delivered is lower than recipients. Only users who enabled push on at least one device can receive push; the rest still get the in-app row.
  • Recipient count looks stale. Audience counts are computed at send time; refresh the audience's count on the Audiences page before sending if you need a current read.
