Weak-strand recommendations

How Keybaki derives "you should focus here next" from your CEA history and surfaces it as library jumps.
Weak-strand recommendations are Keybaki's "what next" engine. After every CEA, the system aggregates wrong answers by sub-strand and surfaces the largest gaps with one-tap library jumps.
How it's computed
For each CEA attempt:
- Wrong answers map to their tagged CFItem (sub-strand level).
- Sub-strands are ranked by missed count.
- Every sub-strand you missed at least one question in is listed, ordered by how many you missed.
This rolls up across CEAs too. If you take three CEAs and "Linear equations" shows misses in all three, it ranks higher in your home screen's Focus card even if no single attempt would flag it alone.
Where they surface
- CEA results screen — weak strands from this attempt. Amber callout with library jumps.
- Student home → Focus Next card — weak strands aggregated across recent attempts; the biggest gap comes with Quiz Me on This and Library buttons.
- Parent home → Per-child focus — same view, but for the active learner.
- Teacher → CEA → Class overview — the stream's single weakest sub-strand, aggregated across recent class attempts.
How the library jump works
Tapping Browse library on a weak-strand row opens the library with:
- Subject + strand + sub-strand pre-filtered
- The browse grid below for further exploration
Common issues
- Weak strand keeps appearing. Take more CEAs in the strand, or directly engage with the recommended library items. The list aggregates your most recent attempts (about the last 50).
- No weak strands shown. You've either scored well on everything (great!) or you haven't taken enough CEAs yet for clustering to matter. Take 2–3 in a strand to seed the recommender.
