Plan statuses

Draft → Ready → Delivered → Archived. Transitions are yours to make; only Delivered plans count toward coverage.

A plan has four statuses. Transitions are explicit — you make them from the plan detail screen; nothing flips a plan's status behind your back.

Draft

The starting status — every plan the wizard creates is a Draft (the wizard autosaves one from the moment Setup is complete). Drafts don't count toward coverage. Use Draft while you're still shaping the lesson.

Ready

Tap Mark Ready on the plan when it's fit to teach. Ready is your own "prepped" signal — the plans list tracks Draft / Ready / Delivered counts, and Ready plans still don't count toward coverage.

Delivered

Tap Mark Taught after class (the presenter's closing slide reminds you). Delivering:

counts the plan toward strand coverage in the term overview — this is the only status that does;
sends you a planDelivered confirmation notification with a link back to the plan.

Archived

For plans you want out of the way without deleting — archived plans leave the working list but keep their history. The plans list has an Archived filter.

Reverting

Marked Delivered by accident? The plan detail menu has Revert to ready. Coverage adjusts once the status changes.

Common issues

Coverage shows 0% for a strand I taught. Coverage counts Delivered plans only — check the status of the relevant plans in the list.
A past-dated draft won't accept new resources. Resources attach to upcoming lessons only; update the lesson date first.
