Welcome, teachers

For teachers· 1 min read

A quick overview for teachers — turn KICD-aligned library content into a ready, timetabled lesson plan in minutes.

Welcome to Keybaki. The one thing that saves you the most time: building lesson plans straight from curriculum-aligned library content.

When you first sign in, Account setup asks for your school, level, subjects and timetable, then sets up your profile so Library, CEA and planning are ready to use. You can re-run it any time from Settings.

What you can do

  • Plan from the library. Every library item is aligned to the KICD competency-based curriculum — by grade, subject, and strand. Find what you want to teach, then turn it into a plan. See Browsing the library and Creating a lesson plan.
  • Let the wizard do the heavy lifting. The 5-step plan wizard pre-fills objectives, activities, and assessment from the content you picked — most of a CBE plan, in a few taps.
  • Bind it to your timetable. A bound plan auto-lifts to Ready and surfaces as "Up next" on the day you teach it. See Binding a plan to a timetable block.
  • Track your coverage. As you deliver plans, Keybaki tracks which strands you've covered across the term.
  • Build your own computer skills. KEYBAKI Labs is free for teachers and school staff: practise the documents, spreadsheets, email and online safety you use every day, at your own pace. See What KEYBAKI Labs is.

Next step

Open the Library, find a topic for your next lesson, and tap Start a plan — you'll have a ready, timetabled plan in minutes.
