Welcome, parents

For parents· 1 min read

A quick overview for parents — one family phone, up to three learners, curriculum-aligned materials and quizzes that work offline.

Welcome to Keybaki. The big idea for families: one phone can power your whole household's learning — every child in their own grade, online or off.

When you first sign in, Family setup walks you through adding your first learner: their name and grade, their school, and a PIN they use to open Keybaki. The moment that's done, Library and CEA show content for their grade. You can add more learners any time from Family, or from Settings under "Add a learner".

What you can do

  • One phone, every grade. Add as many children as you like — your first three each get a 7-day full-access trial — each with their grade and a private PIN, and switch between them with a tap — no extra phones, no extra data plans. See Adding a child and Switching learner.
  • Curriculum-aligned, interactive materials. Each child gets library content matched to their grade, lined up with the KICD curriculum.
  • Quizzes on any strand. They can test themselves with a quick quiz on any strand and see exactly what to practise next.
  • Save for later. Bookmark a lesson to find it again. Protected lesson content still requires an internet connection. See Install Keybaki + use it offline.
  • See every child's progress. Scores, weak strands, and streaks for the active learner, all in one place — see Monitoring your child's progress.
  • Computer skills with Tcha. KEYBAKI Labs, in the family pass, is a safe practice computer where your child learns typing, files, documents, the internet and staying safe online. Computer skills help them get the most from their digital books and research for school work. See What KEYBAKI Labs is.

Next step

Finish Family setup, then open the Library together with your child.
